Jeff Locke doesn't throw games, he just sucks. Bizarre story. The Vegas oddsmaker is a scumbag for sure but left unsaid is the fact that he blew enough leads and lost enough games that MLB investigators found it credible for a while.

Very strange. Locke is probably the most drastically up and down pitcher I've ever seen. For two months he's awesome, then he can't get an out for the next two.
