James Harrison Ice Water Challange

Not one mention of ALS in the entire video tho. Kind of defeats the purpose

HOLY cow Debo, what a tough dude. All I can say

Salute the nation

I did the Tough Mudder run a few years back, they take a shipping container, and fill it with cold water, and ice. Then you jump in, and halfway across there is a board that blocks your progress, so you have to go under it, it's about a foot and a half below the surface, and goes up about 3 feet above, with barbed wire at the top so there is no climbing over. So under you go, then wade to the other side, and climb out. That's all the "Ice water challenge" I ever care to have. And the only way I'm doing it again, is if I do another Mudder.

I've done the Mudder two years in a row now. I'd like to do them until I am 50, which means 3 more, then we will see after that. But that ice water dumpster is something else. This year we did the damn thing in the Poconos in April. They say you don't really do a Mudder unless you do one in April. The windchill was in the 20s. By the end of it people were just laying all over the track to try to get some heat into their bodies. I don't know if I was ever as cold in my life as I was that day.
