Jack Cichy LB Wisconsin Sleeper prospect

Full disclosure Cichy is a HUGE medical concern as he’s been injured the last couple years. He has a very small sample size of tape to watch. Almost no workout numbers to compare him with other prospects.

That said if he checks out medically I want him on my football team. Cichy plays fast, and comparatively speaking looks quicker than LVE on tape and makes Evans look like Levon Kirkland. He explodes at the snap and uses speed and power to fly past the offensive line. Reads and reacts instinctively. No match for RB’s if they try to block him. Moves laterally well. Wrap up tackler.

Weakness? I have no clue if he can do more than zone coverage. He’s missed so much time he has to have durability concerns at the very least even if everything checks out medically.

Again, I’d love to get him with one of our 7th round picks to get him in camp.

Maybe a camp body and see how he holds up........I'm not much for wanting a medical concern taking up a roster spot. FORD, both you and the STEELERS know more than I do but health is always a premium when it comes to a roster spot.

A torn pectoral took away the second half of his junior season and a spring training ACL tear took away his Senior season. Both have to check out BUT if you watch the limited game tape he was a stud. The second half vs USC (suspended first half for targeting) he had 9 tackles, 3 sacks and just terrorized Sam Darnold.
