Supposedly about the affordability of streaming NFL games. I’m all for affordability, but if they want to investigate affordability for consumers, how about first investigating health insurance companies.

Pardon me for getting non-football in the football forum, but this is one of the very few areas I might agree with a Trog on - health insurance, and 'healthcare' in general.

Picture worth thousand word...

Yes, the chart is from 2010. BLS is probable reticent to release current data because it is far worse. But there is yer health 'crisis' and what really drives costs. Like anything else the gubmint touches, its all bullshit.

This mirrors education and the rise of admin versus teachers.

Many here were *****-iN about games being on Netflix / Prime / Paramount + / etc. And exclusively.

Having to buy additional streaming just to get a certain game.

That is the ant-trust investigation part. They feel the Teams will be negotiating their own deals before to long. The NFL definitely don’t want that as it will affect the salary cap / revenue sharing / etc.

I think the GREED Machine has morphed into a Monster and soon it will be out of control.

Don’t fear, the NFL can fix it with more money in which they can pass on to the “Joe Schmuck Fan”

How much is to much to cause you to quit?

Add in the quality of the game, the entitlement of players, non-integrity FO of the NFL,……….

ALL adds up to a lesser and lesser desire to continue.
