Is now the best time to buy tickets (specifically Ravens vs Steelers)?

I’m going to be taking my BFF to her first Steelers game. We’re in the Baltimore area so it’s going to be the week 17 showdown in Baltimore. My goal is to get decent lower level seats for under $200 a pop. I’m guessing now is the best time to buy? Since as we get closer to the season and during the season, in all likelihood both teams will perform so that week 17 will have playoff implications.

Any tips for getting a good deal would be appreciated. Like any underrated sections at m&t bank stadium. The prices already are very funky. You can have 2 adjacent sections with a difference of $100 or more in price.

Assuming you are looking to buy stub hub resales as face values wont go on sale for a while. Here is what I would say. The price is unlikely to go up. Right now they are looking for the "gotta have" crowd. People planning around it like yourself. There is no way they are going go have a lower price now and may never depending on the season. Now the only way you are going to get a price on them and have it be meaningful to playoffs is if the Steelers are in and the Ravens are out. But honestly I'd say it is worth the wait. If its gotta have now, you will pay up.

If the game means something, such as a playoff spot on the line, they'll probably be more expensive later.

If Baltimore had a ****** season they may be a little less expensive. With the Steelers in town there may not be much of a decrease.

It's a crap shoot really. I'd think you could get seats around or less than $200 now and later.

In other words pretty much what Sask said.

At some point, Ticketmaster will sell single-game tickets.

I'd wait.

If you post a thong picture of you and your friend I'm sure Superman would buy you some.
