I'd say Lions & Browns fans are the most compensating fans ever, ONLY difference between the two is the Browns suck.

Cheating is all gone, so the success is gone, too.
 
Man it's weird how bill belicheat can get so much out of players and coaches that are so flawed away from him.... its almost as if he was a cheating ******* who gets everyone overrated by winning through means that nobody can or will replicate outside of New England....
 
The jobs out there are pretty interesting. Right now you have Houston, Atlanta, and Detroit. Surely the Jets will soon follow and possibly Jacksonville.

With Atlanta and Detroit, you have teams with talented, but aging QBs. With the right moves you can win now, however, you could also argue it would be best to move on from Ryan and Stafford and start fresh.

Houston stinks, but they have Watson. It'll make it an attractive job.

The Jets and Jaguars could wind up with Lawrence and Fields. The Jets arguably have the best opportunity for a coach.

Its not the talent you should chase when becoming a head coach, its the owner

1. Do they meddle in football operations
2. Will they spend to the cap
3. How much do they spend on front office and scouting
4. Are They impatient with rebuilds
5a How much do they put public relations before football operations
5b How much do they put money before football operations
6. Do they have any culture of winning..

Items 5A and b are interchangeable... every team does it to some extent... you just don’t want too extreme swings there

Fun facts:

Only 4 teams have not made a Super Bowl appearance, Cleve, Detroit, Jax, and Houston...but what makes Clevehole more removed from a Super Bowl is that the other 3 cities have at least hosted one!

My son and I were saying the very same thing watching them on Thanksgiving. I decided to check out their history over the last 50 years and the last playoff victory was the 1991 92 season when Washington smoked them in the NFC Championship game. The Bengals actually have the longest drought (go figure) winning their last playoff game a year prior I think. Detroit's last playoff victory before the 91 season is 1957 when they won the championship. At least the Bengals have been to a couple superbowls albeit they lost.

Can you imagine being a fan of that organization, how about living through the Matt Millen years. Why do I feel bad for Detroit but chuckle at Cincinnati?

The Lions won 4 NFL Championships, so they could act like Stain fans and brag about that to help them feel better.

But they won't because that would be embarrassing. Don't act like a Browns fan.

What is funny is that I know that defense gets help too. I am surprised that was never discovered.

This year the camera crew can't travel .So ol Ern is limited to what footage he can review.

I Remeber people looking at me like I was the plague back when I would talk about the CHEATRIOTS still cheating. They'd blow it off as "if you ain't cheating,...you ain't trying".

NOW today most people just shrug it off and accept it. They KNOW the CHEATRIOTS are cheating and the NFL allows it but just don't seem to care enough. They are defeated as they know there is nothing they can do about it.

THIS is a big cause as to a lot of people watching less and putting less importance on NFL games and outcome. People see the manipulation of games and the allowance of cheating, NO league integrity so lest viewership or comittment to NFL. Just because they watch doesn't mean they are buying and I am a great example of that.

This is my point, too. Why watch when one team gets the advantages, and it's not your team. So lame. The Goodell years will be remembered for the game getting trashed.
