Hunter to IR; RB Edmunds to active roster

There’s got to be a better RB out there than Trey Edmunds. I have a feeling he is just on the team because his brother was our 1st rd draft pick.

I feel as if we the fans deep down know that we have our guy J Sam, and the coaches are starting to see that he is game-time worthy, and I think that this decision with Edmunds is a typical in-house Steeler move. God forbid, but what happened to Steven Ridley? Why do we need to prepare to make room for a potential 3rd in the lineup IF James really goes down next time? If a plague of injuries hit our running backs there is always a guy that wears 45 that loves to steam roll the **** out of fools.

To be fair like his stats, Trey only played a little bit on a team with a double edged sword back there already. He was exposable, but my thing is that it’s his second year. 9 for 48 (averages almost 5 a carry). He seems to be a capable target to throw to because he’s scored in college that way, and with him being on the ps he’s probably used to the offense by now.

It’s a good thing they canned Hunter to the ps, but why can’t we make room for Eli Rogers yet? Better yet, why tf can we not put ArtietheTomlinClassicBurns on the ps and promote him that way?!

I would rather them have brought in a WR, to replace a WR.

Not understanding why they are not.

Hunter had a TD if Ben doesn't botch that throw...

Rishard Matthews and Terrelle Pryor share your sentiment.

Hunter had a TD if Ben doesn't botch that throw....Hunter would not be on the practice squad today

Ben sailed quite a few balls during the game, including the INT. Not sure why he was off but the wind was whipping pretty hard in the stadium.

Steelers added RB Trey Edmunds to the 53. Hunter to IR. Matthew Thomas to the practice squad.

I don't know much about Trey E. And figured HUNTER would be done for the year. Good news on THOMAS clearing and making practice squad. Thanks for letting us know..

Salute the nation

I know it gives some of you great pleasure to give Coach ****, but I am also sincerely glad that Thomas is back on the practice squad. Given his speed and the coaches' insistence on covering wide receivers with ILBs, I can't imagine how bad this guy has to look in practice to not be given more consideration for some playing time.
