It's insane to think anyone would not consider him a 1st ballot. He personifies 1st ballot. Man I miss Hines, Randell El, Kreider, Farrier, Joey., even Burress.
 
that half field pass on the run avoinding the pass rush against the packers... what an arm and what a 6th sense for dodging pressure
 
MAKE no mistake, Ben Roethlisberger is 1st ballot HOFer. If that don't happen then the NFL is totally ****** up and balloting is a moronic joke.

PS.... Oh and Steelworth,.. GREAT find and post. I love those highlites. Ben is a VERY special QB and he shows it even this late in his career.

The only thing that would stop Ben from being a first ballot, is the same reason why he is criticized for every bit of good will he's tried to push moving forward.

There is still a bias against the reasons for his suspension.

But you can't question his stats or accomplishments.

I hear yaz Cope but does rayray lewis ring a bell. With all the unrest, I wouldn't want to take the vote today but in the allotted 5year break, he should get in clear sailing 1st ballot AND hopefully his sail has no additional patchwork to contend with.
