Hey Mahn--Listening to the Steelers while in Jamaica, Expecting a Win!

Actually my wife and I are still here. She's under the weather with something she probably picked up in the airplane. I've maintained a high enough alcohol content throughout the trip to ward off any bugs. :)

Be careful, it's likely she picked it up there. Went to St. Thomas one year and got horribly sick (probably the water) and I didn't recover for days. Puked in the cab ride to the airport and puked on the plane (I HATE making others uncomfortable) til I got home. What started off as an incredible trip turned into a nightmare quickly.

Get her electrolyte juices (can be found in most normal stores) and with that and some rest she may recover, otherwise, you're looking at the hospital and an IV drip.

That's harsh SW. Sorry to hear you went through that. I think she likely has a cold. Coughing, sore throat, low grade fever. She tolerated it yesterday and spent the day on the beach, today might be a different story. Might be a game time decision.

Yikes. I’m suffering a bout of hiccups now, would rather these annoying hiccups than puke

MTC, it may sound weird but a teaspoon of sugar may help your hiccups problem.

Good to hear it's just a cold, mon. When I heard "under the weather" I guess I just immediately thought about the bacteria bugs you can get down there.
