Those shirts are team issued. Back in 2012/2013 retail stores used to sale the same model but instead of white it was black. There is a seller on ebay by the name of bestdamsteelerstuff who had access to team issued items. You may want to try there

Thats my shirt. Same model. Different color. Cut off the sleeves. Bought that back in 2013. Use it as a summer workout shirt now
