Green limited Wed; full participant on Thursdsy

Anyone care to say that the Steelers have no more injuries per year than any other team?

Or will you keep that verbal vomit to yourself?

Cause it's about as tired, clichéd, and untrue as Tomlin's "next man up" phrase.

Steelers go cheap on training and implementing leading-edge techniques to decrease injuries. Their program is so antiquated, the winners choose to train outside their facility, or at least, augment that training with the progressive techniques in other facilities. They have a total of 4 power racks, which is less than my gym. The rest of their stuff are machines, which generally suck.

The plate loaded Hammer Strength stuff is nice.

Wouldn't surprise me. I have been saying for a long time something they are doing is different than other teams. In 40 years of watching the Steeler's I can not remember injuries plaguing a team like they have these Tomlin teams.

It never seems to end.

Talk about talking out of your ***. JHC!

Go read my post in your other "enlightening" thread about conditioning.

Yup. Green practice fully today. If he doesn't have swelling tomorrow and practices fully, he will play Sunday.

Much ado about nothing.

He hasn't played really, so it's not like it's some kind of loss to the line up?

Well I hope he practices fully tomorrow and then opens up some in the game. **** this winey *** loser **** I keep hearing.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that their stretching and warm-ups for a training camp practice are a F'n joke.

If that's the standard set for what's expected of athletes as far as preparation for a athletic performance........ it's probably why our team sounds like a bag of popcorn with all the popping and tearing ligaments.

I know there's has to be some accountability to the players but I think the coaching is who sets the tone for practices......Cowher's players loved him as a coach but also said how his practices were hard as you play how you practice, CBA or not.

Who is the Steelers strength and conditioning coach? Just curious.

Green not listed on Friday's injury report. Should be a full go. Hopefully more playing time than last week.

Don't know why the we even played him at all this year, wasted free agent pickup! We are alright at TE, J. James, and #85 can get it done. Go Steelers!
