I wish him well except against the Steelers. His family situation has me hoping for the best for him.

Artie who?

Burns just didn't work out, it happens in the NFL. Good lick to him but not against the steelers should they ever meet on the field of play.

Salute the nation

we have enough depth with Layne a similar sizew and type of CB like burns kjust as fast 6"2 215 good vs the run, and Sutton has developed that they let Hilton, if the price is to steep.

As a former first rounder he gets a look from someone but with his tape it will be one chance. All the best Artie. Maybe what he needs is a good coach. The coaching for his position was better this year and he responded. He was just buried on the depth chart.

The guy got paid for 4 years for being awful. Best of luck dude, but maybe the NFL isn’t for you.

I wish him luck. He was a reach and a terrible one, but our DB coaches have totally sucked since he arrived, except this year, so hopefully he gets coached up and has a decent career. To this day, Tomlin still has no idea how to draft and coach DBs. Austin was a great signing to get the DBs to perform, but thank goodness we found guys from other teams or we would be ranked at the bottom of the NFL!

the story isn't him. Its who picked him with their very fist pick of the draft.

Hopefully we’re not having this same conversation in a couple years about Terrell Edmunds another Tomlin reach in the first round. Everyone had a fourth and fifth round grade on him but we ran up to the podium to take him in the first.
