First half vs. Ravens ... worst half of football I have seen from a Steelers team.

Steeltime

Still miss Apache but Paxton is awesome

1. Completely sloppy on offense. Ben forcing throws when he has other receivers wide open.

2. Defense ******** the bed against a TERRIBLE offense. Seriously, that offense was embarrassed against Miami, Seattle and Kansas City the prior 3 weeks.

3. Terrible, arrogant approach. First drive of the game, the team can put up 3 points and take a lead on the road. Would you like to have those points now, Tomlin?

4. Poor pass blocking.

5. Poor pass pressure.

Just terrible.

Pathetic! That's all I can say

I've seen much worse from them, statistically.

but for lack of skill and coaching, that was right up there.

Simply put: Ben was outperformed by Ryan ******* mallet. Let that one sink in. He looked like he was sleep walking all ******* game long. While the collective performance was one giant turd, and to be perfectly honest definitely expected, he looked like the guy who had only been with his team for 12 days and not the other way around. I mean, Jesus, here we go again 3rd and 15 and he goes for the home run instead of trying to make 4th down somewhat attainable. I get his receivers need to bail him out, particularly Bryant, but he flat out sucked today and had one of his "Ben games" just like he did against these **** suckers in the playoffs.

Actually it was great until the jackass 4th and 1 call where they completely gave the Ravens hope and momentum....

Stupidity.

Yup... and if I have to watch every other freaking team we play ROUTINELY turn 2nd and 22 and 3rd and longs into first downs, I may throw up in my mouth. Sorry to pile on, but that is bad coaching... this is something that has been going on for years, with no signs that anyone on staff has any idea how to correct it.

Hate to say it, but I'm done. Until the coaching staff is fired and we bring in someone who actually understands that you have to have a game plan, I just don't want to watch. The spike in my blood pressure for a bunch of turds who obviously don't give a rat's *** isn't worth it.

But but but our offense was supposed to hang 70 points on this rag tag defense today! I agree with you about the call, i didn't like it when it happened and the defense needed to answer and take away momentum. However, Ben still **** the bed and looked like he was hungover and just forcing throw after throw. He was bad and was outperformed by a MUCH lesser quarterback. There's no excuse for that.

Yeah, they gave up a zillion yards and points several years ago in the 1st half to the Patriots ... who were a superb team.

This Baltimore team is freaking awful. My God, I was forced to watch Baltimore-KC as the early game last week, and could not stomach watching how bad the Ravens were. Horrible on offense, lousy on defense, undisciplined, penalty-prone.

Give up a ton of yards and points to a really good team? Not great but certainly understandable.

Give up a ton of yards and points to a HORRIBLE offense, while your supposedly legendary offense sucks against a really questionable defense? No. Just ... no.
