This might be a fun, cool topic...

Watching the NBA Playoffs & seeing them in the Bubble with no home court advantage for the Playoffs has certainly changed the dynamics of the Playoffs.

In the NFL, the stadiums are like Masoleums & everything can be heard. There is very little Home Field Advantage per se, except maybe fake pumped in noise, and you get to stay at your home that week?

I'm curious...How would you propose to gain an advantage in this type of scenario? It's basically sandlot football being televised.

My first thought is along with Brett Favre, we have probably one of the top 2 Sandlot Football QB's of all time. I would use that advantage all day long. I would go "NO HUDDLE"...Dunk & dink, then start to fire away. Throw back in a dunker, fire away. Then cram the ball down their throat.

What tactics would you suggest?

Gentlemen, there is "Meat on the Bone", so pick away...

Play in the state of Texas

Kind of wish the Steelers were playing at Houston this week...It would feel like a real NFL game.,

I'd let the fans come back in and have them sit every other seat.

Boom. Competitive.

This is not what I meant by the Thread....But, I'll play along......Why not just open up the top tier EVERY OTHER SEAT ???

hire helicopters to fly over the stadium when the visiting team has the ball. and hover.
play porn on the jumbotron facing the visiting team

on offense - hard counts and hand signals. Move the huddle further back to ensure they can't hear what you are saying. I would make regular changes to audibles at the line - maybe like baseball with an indicator that you can change as often as needed. This doesn't really create a competitive advantage as much as try to take away the defenses ability to jump counts and pick up audibles as easily.

defensively - I would continue to try to disguise coverages and blitzes as much as possible. Perhaps shift around a bit to cause the offense to audible more often.

an aside, it occurs to me this would have been an ideal table for Troy P. to feast at.

yes. yes I did finish a sentence with a preposition.

I’m actually looking forward to playing Titans next weekend, they’ll have fans in the stands. It’ll bring a little more relevancy to the game.
