As we get closer to the official announcement of Mike McCarthy being introduced as the Steelers new head coach, I thought I'd find some videos of the coaches that have come before. I am lucky to be around through all 3 of these great coaches. I hope McCarthy ushers in the next era of Steelers football and coaches.

For those that never had the pleasure or opportunity to listen to Coach Noll speak, here is his Hall of Fame induction speech. Coach Noll was very thoughtful and wise.

I sat and watched all of these not long ago, the guys from the 70's. Then watched alot of the guys from the 2000's

Noll doesn't get the national recognition as one of the all-time greats. A true Hall of Famer and I'm glad he coached the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Top three greatest coaches of all time. I actually ran into Noll and his wife a few years after he retired in a small beaches souvenir shop down in Florida.

I was too dumbfounded to even say a word other than stare... lol.He just nodded his head and smiled.
