Being as the Federal Government has no authority to regulate anything inside of a sovereign state who cares? The states do a much better job of protecting their own natural resources than the Feds do anyway.

The EPA was begun by President Nixon. You'd think the Dems would want to get rid of it. /sarcasm
 
When the epa fulfills its mandates based on the CFR as passed by congress its a usefull tool for the country... if you live in oittsbugh breathing the air proves that... the issue is when the organization goes rougue and passes over regulation without laws or reasonable logic to guide tgem that they get problematic
