Does a suspension count for a week you weren't going to play anyway? Wouldn't it apply when and if he is activated? Seems like a meaningless gesture.

How do guys forget that everyone gets tested in training camp?

Insurance is my guess. Now that they see what they have in some of these young guys, they'll probably cut him loose.

What a f'n moron. I wonder where the Steelers rank on the total number of days lost for violating the substance abuse policy over the past 10 years? It has to be up there.

Last year was Gilbert.
James Harrison was always targeted for drug testing.
Rogers this year.

Bell and Martavis although not PEDs still subject to testing.
We are the supplement market lol

I'm guessing league average, +/- 95%

Suspensions for substance abuse:

2016:
Karlos Williams 8 games, never was active on our roster or played for us
Bell 3 games
Bryant 16 games

2017:
Gilbert 4 games

2018:
Eli 1 game

We had one bad year, the rest are normal for most teams.
