Eddie Faulkner is expected to be hired to the next Steelers RB coach

If Eddie can help Conner Fumble less, and Samuels pass block a bit better, this move = mission accomplished.

On Conner, he fumbles most when he's fighting for extra yards. Secure the ball! Samuels was a rookie, so you'd think he'd learn a bit more next year.

Faulk you coach.

I don't even know why it just felt good saying that.

Aw thanks, would you rather Faulk Rooney the II to act and fire cool shades?

Obviously, I want that man gone but Rooney measures the team in wins and losses. And there will be more space on the shelves for future participation trophies obviously.

I think it goes beyond that. The Steelers brought in a new mind into the mix who should be able to contribute ideas into the offensive meeting room. We see so many NFL teams adopting college concepts and Faulkner was on a staff that finished No 26 and No. 25 over the last two years in yards per game. He may even contribute to play calling. Dick Hoak was the one who called the game-winning touchdown run by Fuamatu-Ma'afala in the Wild Card round against Cleveland.
