East West Shrine Game

Based only on the writeups, Cb from Troy and the DL from a&m look like they might be good later round picks.

Hollins has a very nice game....Udoh not so much...

My question is,,,why did Pitt players play for the West squad?
Did the magnetic fields in the Artic change that much?
 
When it comes to the East vs., West Shrine practices, and games, there is not a lot of talent on the field. You have some upside guys didn't get invited to the senior bowl, and some small school prospects but mostly I think it's for later round picks that might fit a particular teams system.


Every once in a while a Howie Long or Philipp Lindsey emerges. You can find a good to great player in the game but they are uncommon. I'll settle for a good DB prospect.


Here is a list of the game MVPs. How many do you know by name now? Outside of Jimmy Garoppolo, you'd be hard-pressed to figure out which past MVP's are even starting in the NFL.

Supe and i saw Tyrod Taylor play in the game one year....

Shoot, a Rb who exploded his first nfl year. Name escapes me. Off to buy the prevagen.

1991 was a good year. 2 mvps. Brett Favre and ed McCaffrey
 
Anyone seen a list of these people that got a Senior Bowl invite?
 
They have 9 QBs listed for the senior bowl. I wonder if that means Trace McSorley will be working out at another position.
 
I was expecting a Key and Peele sketch.
