Team A gets:
James Conner RB PIT
O.J. Howard TE TB
2020 1st round pick

Team B gets:
Todd Gurley
Curtis Samuel WR CAR
Austin Seferian-Jenkins TE
C.J. Mosley LB NYJ
2021 1st round pick

draft picks cancel each other, IMO
Curtis Samuel and OJ Howard will have similar stats
Conner and Gurley will likewise be similar, and close in all stats
Seferian-Jenkins has injury concerns to overcome and Mosley will, at least, be decent for a few years.

I'd say Team B due to number of players.
