"I look forward to giving him the opportunity to rebound." Per Tomlin's press conf.

Tomlin does not prepare or plan for failure...right out of the horses mouth. That explains a lot.

Is he a rubber duck?

Cause we got a little convoy
Rockin' through the night.
Yeah, we got a little convoy,
Ain't she a beautiful sight?
Come on and join our convoy
Ain't nothin' gonna get in our way.
We gonna roll this truckin' convoy
'Cross the U-S-A.
Convoy!

Makes sense to start Duck. After all, Tomlin started Mason in Cincy after that horrible game in Cleve Land. Give the Duck the start and if he can’t move the team, then bring in Mason. And if neither guy gets it done and we lose then we never belonged in the playoffs.

Duck is the least of all the problems on offense.

A few things that should be clear by now to even the most diehard Black and Gold homers.

The Steelers offense is a Joke with or without Ben

1. Duck doesn't dictate how the O-line performs.
2. You cannot trade away you're 2 best weapons and expect anything less than what we've seen.
3. Big Ben would not look like big ben of 2017 playing with the bargain basement journeymen the Steelers have starting.
4. The Patriots lost a few key skill players now they cannot score even with Tom Brady. Unlike the Steelers front office Brady is smart enough to know a guy like A.B. changes the entire offense, and he was screaming from the rooftops to get Brown.
5. Duck would have beat the Bills with a good line, Bell in the backfield, Brown, Bryant, Ju Ju, and James and Mcdonald out there. So any comparison to Ben is hardly a fair one?

We are too far into the season to keep a QB carousel going. You have to ride with Hodges for the last two games for better or worse and hope for the best.

Steelers O was explosive with a healthy BigBen. Steelers only traded AB and got the better end of that deal. **** the cheatriots. Hopefully this is clear to you now.

Salute the nation

Coach would have chimed in on this, but he is furiously masterbating.

I haven't heard that song in about 30 years. Good call back.

1. Agree the oline has been sub par
2. We didn't "trade away" our two best weapons. One refused to play here for more money than he's making now as a Jet, the other lost his ******* mind and left us with no choice but to move him.
3. We won't ever know what Big Ben would have looked like. I saw a wide open WR last week on more than one occasion and the ball went other places, so it's not all on the WR's.
4. The Patriots DID go get Brown, how'd that work out?
5. Again, we may think that, but again, Conner was running the ball very well, somehow we decided we should stop doing that since it was working. And several times there were receivers who were open that did not get the ball. It's not all on Duck, but some of it is.

Joe

They traded both of them, thats a fact. They Steelers thought Conner and JuJu would be good enough. How did that work out?
Brown is a headcase, but all the great WR are, The Steelers will be watching Tom Brady and the patriots in the playoffs this year. from their living rooms, again.
The Steelers obviously have zero faith in Conner between injury, fumbles, and overall lack of production. I don;t think any sane person would bet on James getting it done?
