Okay... I've started on my film study for the year. Quarterbacks are done and I should post them on Monday/Tuesday.

So here's the deal I need help on. I need someone to post a good list of the prospects in RANDOM order so I am not influenced by others ranking when I watch film. If I go to any website, they are already ranked.

I didn't think it mattered much with the QB's. They are polarizing enough. But as I go forward, I need good, up-to-date (juniors, etc.), lists of each position that are in no particular order but still include the right players that are likely to be good prospects.

At first I thought I could do it myself since Draft Breakdown's video's are not "ranked" but I did running backs and about 5 of their top videos are not even in this draft (juniors that didn't declare) and they are missing a lot of guys (which I can normally find on youtube).

So... here's the deal. Don't swamp me with each position. Right now I need the TOP-12 to TOP-15 Tight Ends and Fullbacks. IN RANDOM ORDER.

I just want to watch film blind and not know what other people think.

My plan is to have QB's, RB's and TE/FB's done by this week. I have a vacation next weekend. WR's will be next. That's a lot of people. 30+. March 1st. O-line by March 15th. Defense after that.

Here you go:

TE's

Dalton Schultz, Stanford
Ian Thomas, Indiana
Adam Breneman, UMass
Ryan Izzo, Florida St.
Cam Serigne, Wake Forest
Jaylen Samuels, NC State
Jordan Akins, UCF
Mark Andrews, Oklahoma
Hayden Hurst, S. Carolina
Durham Smythe, Notre Dame
Ethan Wolf, Tennessee
Mike Gesicki, Penn St.
Christopher Herndon IV, Miami (Fla.)
Troy Fumagalli, Wisconsin
Dallas Goedert, S. Dak. St.

I doubt you'll find ten draftable FB's, here's a few to ponder:

FB's

J.D. Moore LSU
Ryan Nall Oregon State
Chris Warren, Texas
Jaylen Samuels NC State
Nick Sharga Temple
Nick Bawden San Diego State
Dimitri Flowers Oklahoma
Khalid Hill Michigan

I wanted maybe 15 TOTAL for both positions but I can see how it was confusion :-)

The average number of Tight Ends drafted over the last 5 seasons is 15 so that is fine.

The average number of Fullbacks drafted is 4.

So Tibs' list is good. I'll start on them Monday.

Honestly, I think a TE high would be a completely wasted pick. I believe we're fine with McDoanld and James. Now if Gesicki were to fall to the 5th round, I'd be cool with that.

Lol thats not happening. He wont last past round 3

Can someone provide me with a list of the top-15 to top-20 running backs in RANDOM ORDER

I have done a lot of scouting on RB's already but I think I kind of screwed up and missed people and scouted people that aren't even in this draft.

Thanks.

Tibs, cut out the bottom 3-4 on this list. Only give me 4 to scout (those that are likely going to be drafted at all).

Okay.... next position I need in RANDOM order is Wide Receivers.

Let's go with 30 total. Please no more than that. I think I have already moved Jaylen Samuels into this group so that's one (who some of you listed as both TE's and FB's). I think he's a WR/ATH.

I'm 20 into the WR's.... I'm going to tell you my list back graded just to see how I do before I give you all the notes/analysis.

Okay... I'm finally done with WR's. I have 4 1/2 pages of notes and it took me forever. So before I post the WR thread, here are my initial thoughts. Again, I have read very, very little on this draft or the prospects around the internet. I intentionally avoid it. I do search sometimes for background info because there were a lot of JUCO transfers and other transfers in the group you game me. I tried to find the bad apples/off-field issues when it looked obvious (either from production, transfers, etc.)

1. Auden Tate should be the #1 on everyone's board, right? He's a beast. Very curious how he tests at Indy.

2. I think Ridley (Alabama), Lasley (UCLA) and Burnett (USC) - all underclassman - are probably in most analysts top-5 to top-7 prospects. Could be in different order than me as they are a bit smaller but they are good prospects.

3. Carrington (Utah) and Callaway (Florida) could be all over the place because of their off-field baggage. Both have had run-ins with the law. Carrington transferred because of issues. Callaway lost a whole season. But on talent alone, they are top-5 WR's in this class (or close to it) and easily similar to the group above.

4. There is a group of versatile "weapon/athletes" that include (to me at least), Samuels (NC State), Coutee (Texas Tech), Pettis (Washington), Kirk (Texas A&M) and Moore (Maryland). They are all getting boosted on WR lists because of what else they can do (returners, runners, athletes, etc.) Could be all over the map on "experts" depending on what they like about that stuff.

5. The "big guys"; boy this class has them and some are very unpolished but extremely tempting prospects (all with warts you have to overlook a bit). This includes Cobbs (Indiana), Wims (Georgia), St. Brown (Notre Dame), Ateman (Oklahoma State), Sutton (SMU), Scott (New Mexico), Lazard (Iowa State), Chalk (LSU). That's my order I see them by the way but they could be all over draft boards. And I know there's a diamond in there somewhere because wait until you see some of the NFL comparisons.

6. The "good college guys". These are the good, solid prospects every year. Jack-of-all-trades, master of none guys. Nothing "pops" off film but many are extremely productive or just look the part of NFL players. Gallup (Colorado St.), Cain (Clemson), Hamilton (Penn State), Washington (Oklahoma State), Moore (Missouri).

7. White Guy/Small School/Everyone Doubts Me Group. This is an interesting group this year because some have name recognition (Cedrick Wilson) and some were never recruited, JUCO transfers or what not. Quinn (SMU), Miller (Memphis), Wilson (Boise St.), Fountain (Northern Iowa), Watson (Penn), Wieneke (South Dakota State), Berrios (Miami). Hard to rank these guys TOO high right now until the combine where any of them could make a surprise mark and move up boards.

That's how I see the groups now. Full report will be up soon.

I'm with you Del. Tate jumps off the page when you're looking at him. Most sites have him as a second rounder, but he clearly looks like a 1st rounder. I don't know why players like this are devalued, because the same happened to JuJu last year. His film was great. His hands were fantastic, but maybe he lacked the measurable 4.4 speed to be a 1st rounder? Looks like the same may happen with Tate, but it seemed when we drafted JuJu in the second, that we must have had a first round grade on him.

Also really liked Burnett.

Okay... no time to lose. On to the next position: Offensive Lineman.

Ideally I want them grouped as offensive tackles - 18 total. And interior lineman (offensive guards & centers together) - 18 total. I understand there will be some overlap or someone might get in the wrong group based on my review. That's okay.

And again, please give them to me in RANDOM order.

OTs

Desmond Harrison
Jamarco Jones
Chukwuma Okorafor
Brian O'Neill
Kolton Miller
Mike McGlinchey
Martinas Rankin
Connor Williams
Orlando Brown
Ike Boettger
Tyrell Crosby
Brandon Parker

If you want 18 then:

Bentley Spain
Will Richardson
Toby Weathersby
Tyrell Crosby
Andre Dillard
Joseph Noteboom
Desmond Harrison
Mike McGlinchey
Kolton Miller
Martinas Rankin
Brian O'Neill
Orlando Brown
Jamarco Jones

Chukwuma Okorafor
Brandon Parker
Connor Williams
Dalton Risner

Those are OT's, correct (both lists above)?

I still need a list for interior offensive linemen too. Guards and Centers together in one list. Pick about 10-12 guards and 4-5 centers if you are unsure how to determine where they stand compared to one another (like the list your using doesn't have rankings or grades).

Normally I like anyone graded (on any rational list you find) that has a 5th round grade or higher. Maybe 6th.
