Funny how they draw attention from Lerners acquittal by indicting Menendez at the same time.

Menendez...a Democrat Senator from NJ who supports Israel, is critical of Obamas policy with Iran and Cuba, and once fumed that the White House's talking points sounded like they come straight out of Tehran.

Of course. The government can't have its employees thinking that they will be prosecuted for following Bomma's orders instead of the law. That wouldn't advance the agenda.
