Does the NFL have the Balls to suspend Tom Brady for the Superbowl?

I like fogdoctor's idea, but I'll take it further. Here's what should happen, and I'm dead serious:

Brady gets a four game suspension, beginning with this Super Bowl, then the first 3 games of next season, without pay.
Belichick suspended for the Super Bowl and all of next season, without pay. Remember Rog, ignorance is no excuse. One more incident, banned for life, including the Hall of Fame.
Patriots are docked 1st and 2nd rounder in 2015, 1st rounder in 2016. The one first rounder from the first time caught obviously did not have the desired effect.
Patriots salary cap is reduced by 10% of what other teams get for the next two seasons.
Robert Craft is fined $5,000,000 - history of lack of institutional control.
Patriots placed on three years probation. Anything like this happens again during that time, 2 year post season ban.
Revis and Gronk are awarded to their hometown Steelers (okay, not serious about this one, but what the hell!)
Roger Goodell fired. NFL fans are sick of the constant BS under his watch. Enough is enough.

Forgot one:

There needs to be an independent (NOT NFL) investigation into the referees. How is it possible they handle the ball every play and never notice. They are either 1. too incompetent to do the job or 2. in on it.

Suitable punishment? Well, they want a team in London. England Patriots sounds good to me.
