Do You Remember the Time "UFO’s" Appeared Above Three Rivers Stadium in 1979?

Wasn't sure if I should put this in General Discussion or not, but whatever. Saw a link to this elsewhere and thought maybe some of you might remember this game or even have been there. To me, they do kinda look like kites as mentioned in the WTAE "cover up" story.

Don't remember the game but those ufos look like some kind of home made prank for attention. Might be the work of some clever college students trying something other than streaking which was also popular in the time period.

I think that a great many people involved in these things follow the path highlighted by your name.:encouragement: A while ago someone once made the comment that " why is it the only people that Aliens in space ships appear to are red necks in trailer parks?":fyi::anyone::saturn::beer:

My hair was a lot longer and I had a beard at that time period. I am not sure what color you are referring to but they have always been the same color and I would have been too busy watching the game against the cry boys to do any of that stuff. However I can not remember an alibi for the time in question, good thing for me the statute of limitations is in effect, and illegal aliens are no longer pursued.
