I know, it is too early to say with just 3 games. But barring no first round pick we are able to draft very good players who are contributing starting from the season.

I think Kevin did very well and addressed all need players not only draft from FA signs as well. I see only ILB position thin as not much depth.

This season If Ben healthy and football god favour us with no big injuries, we will get 7th one. At least 90% chances are there.

How goes things in India?

I mean we have a relatively small sample size to work with playing only three games. But the arrow is pointing up with Claypool, Big Dot, and McFarland (aka hiccup...McFadden)

They say if you can hit on three draft picks in any particular class you are doing well. Now if you add Minkah into the mix it looks mighty attractive.

It appears this is a good draft.

We were lucky to have Claypool drop to us. We picked a Guard ( Dotson ) who can start and is signed for cheap and a back who adds speed and playmaking to a unit that has next to none.

I wasn't really excited about Highsmith but I do like his effort. I dod not like the late pick of Brooks, or Davis at all.

Net-Net

I think Claypool will be a very good starting NFL player
I think Dotson showed he could start and hold his own, a plus as Feiler is a free agent next season.
I think Brooks will factor more into the offense this season and Conner if not going to be cheap to re-sign.
Whether Highsmith is staring material will take time, but we cant afford Bud next year, so let's hope he is.

Martial arts takes more than just staring grasshoppah you must paint the fence.

In India things are going ok. Staying safe and praying to pass the difficult time soon.

Coming to players. I think Highsmith is also okay. By end of the season he can improve even more. It is good to have talented guys in the locker room. It will help rookies.

Among all, it is exciting to see Claypool. He is enjoying even special team roles. Most of the time, he is the first person who tackling the returned guy in kicking or punt. He is using his speed very well. Last game he over excited and fumbled instead of grounded after 1st down. These are side effects enthusiasm, but I hope he learn quickly. He is smart enough according to his teammates.

Allen is another guy killing it on ST.

Brooks is a moneybacker, was cut and is currently on the Practice Squad. What position is he going to get snaps on offense?

Luck is a little like it. But it is about chemistry and teamwork. Plus coming down clutch there. Big Ben needs to get comeback player of the year award there. Really the team suffered a lot when Big Ben went down in 2019!

It is early but so far so good on the draft picks.

If we keep playing games like we are, these rookies will have a lot of game experience that otherwise would have eluded them. I'll take this great combination of rookie / vet players on this roster / field of play.

Good job front office and coaching / scouting staff.

If we are up by 15+ late in the fourth, I want back-up QB and rookies feathered in and out appropriately to save on vets and gain experience for the newbies. In the past our coaching staff failed in this regard but lesson learned as they seem to be subbing more and more. I thought someone here or I read that every player who dressed (other than QB) got in on the play of the Huston game, that is awesome..!!!

What part of India are you from? I went in 2016 & 2018. Went to Delhi & Goa,Manali. Next time I will take the Manali road to Leh.

Nice to see our fan base everywhere. Wore my Steelers t- shirt and always got comments. Not always good comments!

The fence, and house are painted, I'm in the car. Try to catch up one day. So I made a typo, did that make your week?

The comments are what matter most.
