The Steelers organization has always had a keen eye for linebackers and if that trend remains true, their 1st round draft pick Devin Bush will be no different. It’s apparent Bush must have made an everlasting impression with the Steelers front office in order for them to trade up to get him at the 10th […]

He has to earn a start first and foremost. That would be a good problem to have if he was later in the running.

But let's put the pants on before the shoes.

not that they should ever be compared, but I recall JJ being a candidate for Rookie of year in May. some thought we got the steal of the draft

I didn't even read the article (will later) but how do you even have such a headline without even one single PROFESIONAL game day down being played.............??? Pants before the shoe and don't forget the underwear,........ For accidents along the way.

Lets not put the cart before the horse. Don't get me wrong. I'm excited and love the pick but haven't even sniffed training camp yet.

Man, BLITZ, you were dead wrong about Jarvis Jones. Oh, you meant Jessie James.

No? JuJu?

Now that the draft is a few weeks removed, the kid has to earn everything. He will be given a prime opportunity to earn playing time. We will see what he does with that opportunity. My best to him, we need him to succeed.

Has the season started and I was not aware of it? Why not put him in the HOF now?

A "keen eye for LBs?"

They used to. But Jarvis Jones, Bud Dupree, Keion Adams, Travis Feeney, Chris Carter, Steve Sylvester, Bruce Davis....ah never mind.

Lol Coach, besides the two #1s, you are talking about a 7th, 6th, 5th and 5th rounder. Hardly percentile hits at their respective draft locations. Carter was a disappointment with a 3rd, but push the narrative with one guy. You even forgot Humpal, and Zumwalt.

No comment on HOF Chickillo, or Worilds, Spence who was on his way to starting until he destroyed his knee, not to mention Timmons, Shazier and Woodley? Did those not fit “keen” eye observation?

he will have to beat out Ed Oliver

I wish this meant what I flirst thought it meant............. THEN I realized Ed isn't on our team.....................

I initially thought he'd have to beat ED out for playing time then realized it was DROY time........

(YEA, a little slow on the reading comprehension tonight) but I still wish it were true.!!!!!!!!!

That isn't coach it is booby. A poster who types like coach, responds like coach, but isn't coach honest.
