Are you serious? The kid runs onto the field of a football game, posing potential danger (coulda been carrying a gun, could have gotten himself injured), and broke the law. Hell yes he deserved to have the **** knocked out of him like that for being a law breaking dumb ***.

So with that scenario when you get stopped for speeding which means you are a law breaking dumb *** you should get the **** kicked out of you as well? I always side toward enforcement ( former cop) but the force needs to be reasonable and appropriate to what was going on. Had the dork a gun those two idiots could have easily been shot as they did not check to see if he had any weapons at all.
It was likely just a drunken college kid that was not a danger and could have easily been yanked off the field. Had the kid weighed in at two eighty and been athletic those two that attacked him would have still been on the sideline. I've seen that type before.
