I think they are somewhere between 2 and 4 mil over. One restructure covers that, two frees up some money for free agency.

barron should not be a surprise. the cap savings dictated it.
They better hope Bush and Vince stay healthy, as there is some serious depth issues.

Looks like the Steelers liked my GM moves...
It is early so I won't throw permanent grades out.
But so far the Steelers are for the worse.
Depleted depth at multiple positions, no starting G,, and are still tight against the cap. Not to mention failing to lock Dupree up so they didn't have to put a pricey tag on him.
