Changes need to be made

Everyone liked Tomlin expect for a few on bere. But finally maybe everyone is seeing him for what he isn't and that's a head coach. He just isn't. Nice guy, knows so.e of the game but no head coach. Herm Edwards was the same. How FRIGGIN long did people keep hos sorry *** around.

As I say every year, we need a X and O coach.

Butler isn't it, Tomlin isn't it.
 
Defense is still clueless. They don't have the most talent, but there is too much talent on that defense to give up over 45 points in two consecutive home games. An illegal formation on special teams. Waiting until you're down 21-0 to spread the field and tear apart the Chiefs' defense. Poor coaching all around today.
 
Right the 42 points number to me is secondary to the fact that every point they scored was *easy*. Mahomes’s first read was open on almost every single play. There was no pressure. Whatever defense we were trying to run was tailor made for Mahomes to pick it apart. And we adjusted nothing. Had we not possessed the ball so much, they could have scored 60-70 because there was no resistance at all. The fact that they scored 42 while we had the ball for so much of the game is definitely the most alarming part.

If it is indeed Tomlin’s defense, which I’m thinking is an undeniable fact, then I’m absolutely fine with replacing him period the end. Full stop. We were gifted the rain and bad accuracy from Taylor last week. But this week is a much better indicator of who our defense is. And it is not pretty. We scored 40+ and lost in our last home game, and scored 37 and lost this one. There is no other way to slice it - whoever runs this defense should no longer be in charge of it. Period

Same ******* TE seam routes open all day. Missed zone assignments leaving sideline throws open again. Same old story, same old coach.

Teammates threw Bell under the bus. He’s not happy. He might want out of Pittsburgh now.


How can it make us better now? One less distraction for openers.

The dude is already checked out. He's saving himself for his next team because he already knows the Steelers best offer and it wasn't good enough. If he could sit out the whole season and still enter UFA, he would at this point.

coach you are an idiot because it has been explained to you 20 plus times, and you still don't get it.

I like you overall, but you have to grasp things explained to you. There is nothing that can be done with Bell until he signs his tag.And if it is after the trade deadline, not even then.

A person who wasn't brain dead might grasp that.

And what the **** was with the team wasting a good minute and a half (at least) at the end by dragging *** when they should have been in hurry up. That falls DIRECTLY ON THE HEAD COACH!!! Tomlin is a failure!!!!!

I was screaming man! Like seriously are you guys joking just bleeding the clock, bleeding the clock when you need two scores and your defense hasn’t stopped them all day? Just taking their sweet *** time getting to the line.. Between that and the clown show on defense, Mike Tomlin should be absolutely ashamed of himself and it wouldn’t bother me one bit if he were fired even though I know it will not happen.

But someone in this organization needs to hold his feet to the fire. It’s obvious that nobody holds him accountable over there because the team has been making the same mistakes and losing games the same way since 2011. There are two options here: mind-numbingly embarrassing defense putting up no resistance at all, or comedy of errors on offense committing a high number of turnovers. Sometimes both. Every single loss, and some wins, feature this sloppy, unprepared, unhinged derailment of a football team on at least one side of the ball. It’s a ******* miracle to see both the Steelers offense and the Steelers defense show up in the same game. I’m over it. I’m pissed off, I’m frustrated. When is somebody going to demand that Tomlin grow/develop as a coach or find himself a new line of work? This has gotten UNTENABLE. We can deal with the soap opera drama from our team when we’re winning. But when we’re playing like this?! Hell no. There is no aspect of this team that Tomlin has a grip on right now. This team’s *** is out for the whole world to see and it’s god damn embarrassing. If they can’t get this ship turned around, Coach T gotta go

Like I said....

Changes need to be made. Someone needs to be fired. This absolute garbage is not sustainable. Either the offense sucks, the defense sucks, or both in every single game. We only play one or two good quarters in every game. No complete games capable of being played. Trash trash trash trash this entire team is garbage

Time to get a new coach! He hasn’t won a playoff game since second season with him as coach! Haven’t been prepared for a game yet this year!!! Can’t keep going down at least two score before we score first points!! 45 total yards in whole second half!!!!!! Time for new coach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
