I don't see it as they won't resign them. I see it as the floor won't be as low as that bottom figure and the Steelers can restructure some contracts,rip some others up redo. Etc. They might not know what they are looking at now locked in, but when the chips fall I think they will have a winning hand. Sure say a player or two might go, but I don't think it is going to be a mass departure by any means.

I think it's tough to restructure when you need $23M just to get under the cap, and that is before signing any priority free agents. There also isn't a lot of money you can cut or restructure to free up any more than just getting under the cap. I think the Steelers will have to sign Cam next year just to avoid his season salary and to prorate his signing bonus.
