Now I think Burfict is one of the dirtiest players in the league, but think he might have a valid case here depending on what the suspension was for.

Almost all of the PED appeals have been denied, because he was given something not signed off by the club regardless if it came from his doctor. It has to be cleared through the team docs by way of the NFL.
