Justine, NICE write up with back story. NO offense to Ray Sherman as he was brought in under tough circumstances. I'm glad for the new hire (once made official) and know full well he will surpass Ray's input. Dionte Johnson is a GEM and needs to grow in his developement., JuJu needs to be healed and yes coached back up.

If I owned this franchise I would pay top dollar for assistant coaches. No cap implications and I believe Tomlin can head coach. He just really needs great assistants and coordinators to TEACH.
