I looked but could not find a thread on here about Brady becoming a Steeler. I must be missing it...? I apologize if there is one and I overlooked it.

Even if Ben decided to retire I can't imagine the Rooneys making such a trade.

Personally, I think the whole rumor is something that was started by his agent in order to boost the offerings from the Pats. I would be shocked if he left the Pats, let alone for the Steelers.

So, I agree - it's a ridiculous. No way. Never gonna happen. Will puke the first time I see him come close to wearing a Steelers jersey.

What if Ben comes out next month and announces he's gonna have to retire because of the injury ?

yha, because there's so many other exciting things to talk about on the Steelers forum right now - like how Pouncey and DeCastro are skipping the Pro Bowl. Oh wow, glad I tuned in for that hard news fireball !
 
In the unlikely event that Ben would announce his retirement within the next couple months, the Steelers would be stupid not to consider it.

Other than that, no way.

And we would want a cheating QB who is older, and whose arm is gone?? MT does not illegally tape plays like Belicheat. Brady would not be worth a damn here. He needs to play for Vrabel or the guy in Detroit ... one of Belicheat's disciples.

Bridgewater is interesting tho.
