I guess by back he meant not only the silver back, but the brown round as well......that thought will make you focus. No wonder Boz is money now.

Bring in Debo as a new HC and surround him with coordinators/position coaches capable of doing their job and just let Debo scare the **** out of players
The pressers would be gold
The workout room would be competitive
Players would lose sleep if they acted a fool
Mediocrity would no longer be the standard
Instant identity, I’d take my chances with him simply for the entertainment value…if Dan Campbell can bring some toughness to the Lions wonderful what James could do.
