He is right beside Artie Burns in terms of lost confidence. He is missing an extra point almost every week. While he may have only cost them the one game in Cleveland which looms rather big now, those missed extra points are momentum killers. Does anyone here really believe that Kris Boswell is honestly thinking to himself I hope we get the ball back so OIcan try a game winner right now? I certainly do not.

He made the field goal. I think he could make a game winner if needed. Not sure of his over all confidence level but do think he could win us a game.

He scares me. I closed my eyes during the extra point to tie the game at 30. That's sad! The gimmes could be the killer in a close game. It must be a NFL-wide thing. Mason Crosby was a disaster yesterday.

I’d go for 2 points every opportunity for the rest of the year.

Wind was really whipping inside the stadium last night. He needs to make those kicks though

Remember how extra points were automatic. Every kicker put them through.
I think Boz will be fine and just needs to work through this. FG’s seem ok it’s the extra points for some odd reason.

They did back them up 10 yards a couple years ago, but a 30 yard kick should still be pretty automatic.

It's a mental thing right now, but I think I could let him work through it. To compare him to Burns, man. Burns has allowed a score on I believe four straight defensive plays. It's unreal.

I'm more concerned about Tomlin continuing to coach with his debilitating case of the yips.

I know they just signed him to a big contract but he damn well better be on a short leash next year. He has gone from one of the best in the league to one of the worst. He is horrible this year.

I tied my towel around my eyes at that moment, and didn’t look until the old lady said it was good. Also, don’t forget the KC game. While that was an utter disaster, Bos missed an extra point, or two, and missed a field goal, costing us 4-5 points in a game we lost by 5. Not saying that we didn’t deserve to lose that one, or that those missed kicks were the direct reason, but they sure would have helped.

In the end, the missed extra point was a net loss of 3 points.

If the kick is made, Pittsburgh is eventually ahead by 17, not 16, and the Chargers, after their second half touchdowns, would not have gone for 2 in either instance -- they simply would have kicked the XP to make it a 10-, and then a 3-point game, respectively.

In general, special teams is killing the Steelers.
