Ben didn't have a good day on offense, but the tackle he made to prevent the touchdown on Connors fumble was quite a hustle play.
You won't see many QBs even attempt to make that play. That's why I am not too worried about the tie, we still have a guy who hates
to lose at QB.

Agreed...
Could of been his best play of the day..
Just curious.. why was that not confirmed a fumble out of the end zone?

The ball touched the runner while the runner was out of bounds prior to bouncing through the endzone...ball is dead as soon as it touches a player who is out of bounds which happened to be at the 1 yard line.

Great play by Ben nonetheless.

The ruling was that it touched a player out of bounds and became a dead ball before the ball entered the end zone. To me, that rule
needs reviewed. I could see it being a dead ball if the ball touches a defensive player, but if a fumble is still in the field of play I don't think
an offensive team should be able to recover the ball just by being out of bounds and touching it. Actually I think there is a rule that an offensive player
can't go out of bounds and come back in and make a play.

Tackle of the day is when Watt absolutely destroyed, I think it was Landry, at the LOS after.
