I usually listen to 93.7 the fan at work, until they talk baseball, LOL. So I go back and listen to Ben's podcast, the one with Cowher is great, if you haven't listened to it, it's a great listen, he drops the F bomb 4 or 5 times.

I guess Ben said on his recent one that Rodgers in his prime was better than Mahomes. Could probably make an argument just using counting statistics, but Rodgers was 11-10 in 21 career playoff games, Mahomes is 17-4 in 1/3 the number of seasons with two of his losses in the Super Bowl.

As a pure QB, yes, and I'm not even sure it's close. Rodgers was absolutely lights out when he was at his best, just a crazy level of QB play. When you factor in playoff success, you get a different story, but I'm not sure that was a factor.

Mahomes also had league help, not sure if Rodgers did.

Mahomes is better IMO, can do more off-platform and is more clutch. Already 19 4Q comebacks per PFR, Rodgers had 23 in his entire career. Heard a PFF analyst on the radio discussing Rodgers’ lack of them and blamed it on being overly cautious about turning it over. i.e., he’d take sacks or throw it away instead of going for big time throws in many clutch situations.

Back to the playoff discussion, Rodgers had four seasons with 13+ regular season wins, but was only 2-4 in the playoffs with those teams, no SB appearances. Two were one and done.

I don’t have the time to listen to every one, but when I do it’s great listening. Strongly recommend Ben’s.

Pat McAfee is another, not enough time but manage to listen to his as well (Only the STEELERS ones, occasion open topic)

DK Sports I listen to about 90 % of all his Steelers ones. His are the right length of time for me to catch entire episode.

McAfee was on Ben's as well a couple weeks ago, I just play them in the background at work mostly.
