Roethlisberger Probably had the quietest year for a QB that led the league in passing last year... Hardly any hype at all... with 351 yards in his first game, it should put him in the top 5 after week one... the question is where do we think he ends up... over 5000 yards passing and 35+Td's?

With the arsenal we have on offense, I don't see how he wont finish top 5....

Well under 35 TDs , he had 2 6 TD games last year and only threw 32 TDs, not happening with his inconsistent red zone play.

Im going with the over on that. Ben has led the league in recent years in dropped TD passes. Given Bryant's potential on top of Brown, wheaton, and Miller, plus Bells receiving abilities, I think he is going to average just around 3 a game.

Bell won't be there for another week and Bryant for another after that. NE doesn't even have a great defense and they couldn't score against them. They go to Seattle as well this year. I don't see 3 Td passes there either. It's going to be hard to get 35 TDs this year.

28-31 touch downs, 4,683 yards, 12 interceptions ..... Todays guess

Salute the nation

He's called fg Ben for good reasons

36 touchdowns, 5100 yards, 14 interceptions. He better have a big season or we're screwed. With all the weapons, Brown, Wheaton, Bryant, Miller, Bell and Miller he should have a big season.

3 a game equals 48 TD passes... No ****** way. Ben is a great QB, but this team struggles in the red zone and the biggest reason is his inability to make those split second reads and hit guys on timing routes and back shoulder throws. He likes to see a guy open before he throws it. That's why his play has always resembled sandlot football. In the red zone if a guy is open and the ball is still in your hand, 90% of the time you've waited too long.

I posted it on some other thread, but 35+ TD passes has only happened 29 times in the history of the NFL and 13 of those seasons were from 2010 on. So that's still basically less than 2 passers/year breaking that mark.
