The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a trade with the Buffalo Bills for left tackle Cordy Glenn, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson.

As part of the trade, the Bengals and Bills agreed to swap first-round picks, with Buffalo receiving the No. 12 overall selection and Cincinnati receiving No. 21 overall, a source confirmed to ESPN. The Bengals also get the Bills' fifth-round pick (No. 158) and the Bills get the Bengals' sixth-round pick (187th).

Wonder if the Bills are going to try to move up even further for a QB? Cincy essentially valued Glenn as a mid second round draft pick value(approx 50th overall) if you look at the draft chart.

They let Adam go too. It cost them a move down in 1. So debatable if this was a good move or not...

I thought if you get another teams 1st round pick. that you can't trade that pick. it can only be your picks that are trade-able.

Nah, that's not a thing. If you sign a franchise/Restricted player it has to be your pick though.

The Bills are setting themselves up to trade up for either Barkley or one of the QBs.

Bills now have picks 12 and 22 in the 1st. They also have two 2nd rounders and two 3rd rounders, so they have ammo to move up even more. If Barkley goes #2 to the Giants then the Colts may look to trade back.

If a team is not looking for a QB then there are only 3 possible impact players really worth a top 10, Barkley, Chubb and Fitzpatrick.

By pick 5, you could have plenty of teams looking to trade back. Denver is 5, Jets 6, Bucs 7. If Denver or Jets get Cousins, then they are probably looking to trade back

Wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland gives up #4 for Buffalos two first round picks. Cleveland will take Barkley #1.

My thoughts are the Browns at this point probably pick Barkley #1 then target a QB #4. Giants probably go QB and I think the colts are the logical place for the Bills to move. They could probably package their two first round picks and maybe another pick to make that happen. Draft goes like this.

Cleveland- Barkley
Giants- Allen
Bills via Colts- Mayfield, Rosen, or Darnold. There’s a guy they like they feel still will be here.
