Normally wouldn't put stock in any of that along with Ziggy Hood's amazing standing jump, but just that he is able to do that has to be a good sign.
I don't care what he does, as long as he's healthy for a full 19 wins, includingplayoffs.
Ziggy was a workout warrior. Too bad none of that translated onto the field. He just wasnt fit for the 3-4 and even then after going to the Rams. I think being coached under the Steelers for so long he just picked up habits that didnt suit his strength. He wasnt that bad---but wasnt good
