Some think Ben is not as accurate as he has been in the past.

I looked at his career completion percentage and its 64.0%

For the 2017 season to date Ben is at 61.5%, but as we know some of the INT's and dropped passes are not his fault.

He is 120 for 195 or 61/5%

SUPPOSE our WR's / TE's caught five more balls they dropped or played volleyball with...his completion percentage goes up to 64.1% 125 for 195 = 64.1% and only 12 starting Qb's would be more accurate.

So the narrative that Ben isn't as accurate as he used to be really not true, plus he goes deep more often than most and those passes are the hardest to complete.

yeah, the one thing I would say Ben has lost a step from last season is in long throw accuracy, be it due to arm strength or whatever

Well Ben has been throwing about 10 one yard screens a game this season. So I am sure that helps his completion % a bit. Where the mid range pass has gone in this offense is the question. Hopefully someone finds it soon.

I see this as his " getting old" description.

I call it "leaning forward in the foxhole" young guys lean fwd in the foxhole and try to kill as many as they can... old guys may know , its better to scoot back and take cover.

Why is Dale Earnhardt Jr. Retiring? Its a young mans game for a reason.

Ben isn't looking to roll out and shake off Suggs any more. He's not pulling off the last sec throws he used to. He didn't get stupid. His arm didn't suddenly lack the strength to throw. He's not running a new offense. He turned the corner in my opinion.

Fack! I responded to one of coaches threads!

AND a good response at that. Coach's thread is a good one too!!!! I think both of you speak a lot of truth in your statements. BEN is past his prime but still has a little gas left. Watch his body & facial language when the play is being sent in (helmet speaker), at times you can see him thinking WTF is this? I think he knows his coac h is crap, his OC is crap, and he wants to get out of here alive as per his wife. That said, he is giving more than MOST any of his team mates . Yes I'm sure he is a little wore down from all the distractions / individual / non-team players etc. but wants to win and win big.

Salute the nation

Sadly I said prior to the season that this will be Ben’s last season win or lose. I do think he will turn things around and have his share of good games but just not sure how far we can go with a team not on same page.
