Heck, if I had a porn star that close and walked her to her room, I would have given it the old college try as well. Nothing materialized so nothing inappropriate was done. It has truly gotten out of hand when a dude flirting with a woman is now considered sexual assault or attempted rape. Heck, I've had a few chicks grab my package in high school and college in a flirtatious manner. I guess I should now accuse them of sexual assault all these years later.

Uh, by today's standards you could and plenty of jagoff lawyers would gladly suck off no less than 60% of your settlement should you prevail.
Your only big decisions will be can you prove it and do you want to really look like a ***** whining about chicks grabbing your junk?

This is OLD regurgitated and I'm not talking about Stormy personally, just the news story. NO ONE is held accountable for anything UNLESS there is a $buck$ to be made. The media are the worst offenders on false / miss represented / blow up / controversial / information out there. If it can generate a "hit" on their web browser then he'll yes let's print it, true or false. I took a chick to the movies the other night and within 15mins of picking her up I knew there would never be a repeat date. Fast forward I drop her off and as I am a gentleman I escorted her to her door. I said goodnight from the curb but SHE came back, caught me off Gard, tried deep kissed and grabbed in the spot that was inappropriate all the while I was peddling backwards. YET, she could say I advanced on her and I deny but who would be the more believable?????? I'm not saying B. Rothlesberger didn't make an advancement but so what, he was single at the time and she obviously waited till now to get the 15min of fame prolonged. ACCOUNTABILITY and the media has society so convinced to be ******* wimps in every circumstance that it's a wonder the younger generation can't ******* tie their own shoes with out suckling on a tit. NOT all youth is like that but you get the gist. RANT OVER, carry on and **** the MEDIA and the CHEATRIOTS with a red hot poker..!!

These days it is probably advisable for guys to wear a body camera 24/7 so as to not be accused of anything inappropriate.

So are there slander laws still in effect these days? Back in the day you would be in serious @#$% for publishing a story that could be considered hearsay and/or not proven in court.
 
I think if I walked a porn star to her hotel room (and she was cordial on the ride up the elevator), I hate to say this, but I would be expecting some action. To ask for a "kiss" to see if that goes anywhere. To flirt a bit. It's a porn star for Christ sake. What the hell does she expect?

I always get the impression Roethlisberger is a bit of a meat head. I doubt he's interested much in what goes on between a woman's ears. He's also 6'5" and 250 lbs., which can be intimidating to a woman in and of itself. But all that isn't a crime. Being an ******* to woman isn't a crime. Going around asking for sex and being a jerk isn't a crime.

My opinion of Roethlisberger is he's a jerk to woman. Probably because it has worked in the past towards consensual, casual sex and it eliminates any misunderstanding on what the encounter is about. But that isn't a crime. And that doesn't mean he's a rapist or should be in jail or his career taken away as an athlete.

There are plenty of legitimate lines men should NOT cross when interacting with woman. What Stormy Daniels describes (even if we believe everything she says) isn't one of them.
 
And yet these same liberals roasted Henry Cavill for saying, quite truthfully, that he's terrified of attempting to date women in today's cultural climate. He said it's easier and safer to go back to a relationship you know is flawed than risk the crazy. He was called a pig who doesn't know the difference between dating and rape.
 
Ben has never been able to shake a troubled time , Look at all the players in trouble in the NFL and how so many were given numerous chances still falling to the bad side and still it is OK. If this girl was so scared than why were you in that position
 
Ben should have brought a video camera with him (no iPhones with video feature back then), and said he wants to film the tet-a-tet.

Who cares, he didn't touch her so where is the story ? She is a ***** and and an opportunist trying to sell a book, Ben is a huge name and with his past makes it a salacious non story.
 
She was a scared of a 6'5" quarterback that wanted a kiss. So what if he wanted more. She closed her door and he went to find more tail. Stupid story! He was a successful, single guy living the high life. She should be thankful he tried to get some from her used, skanky ***.
 
I didn't realize Ben was nominated for the Supreme court. I demand hearings.
