Hands down, it's Tony Romo. Love his insight, his understanding of the game, and he makes games fun with his humor.

I don't have regular TV so I don't get to see "live" action often, unless I'm at "redhead's" sports bar. BUT when ever I see Romo, I usually listen to his schpeel and you are correct about insight and humor. His interviews are by far better than 99% of the talking shitZzmo's.
