He parted ways with Tennessee. Wasn't bad as an OC. I'd prefer to promote Munchak and let Ben call the plays in
his final two years.

No, if anyone wants to get anything out of this offense next year, you don;t bring in a whole new scheme, verbiage..etc. You promote Randy or Munch and you allow the offense to continue doing what it has been but with much better play calling and more no-huddle up tempo pace. Bringing in a new OC from outside would be a disaster.

I think Haley is probably gone. Mostly because Ben probably told them that is the only way he's coming back....if the stories about their relationship are to be believed.

As I always say, everyone hates the OC, everyone. I'm positive that Mularkey was despised by fans, just like Arians, just like Haley. It's just one of those universal truths.

Munch is not staying. He's getting promoted to some team.

I don't think Ben and Tomlin are have a good working relationship. They hardly talk during games. Color both Tomlin and Haley gone and I'll be one happy man.

Can someone merge this thread with the first/other Mularkey thread?

Forget about it. Tomlin isn't going anywhere for a long time. Haley is all you're getting there.

If Haley is gone, I'd fully expect Fichtner to step in. Not that it's necessarily the right decision, but the one that makes the most sense.

I'm cool with this change. Tweek the offense we have here now. The situational play calling by Haley over these last few seasons has been mind boggling at times.

Agree. Promote Fichtner. Haley's contract is up and I seriously doubt they will bring him back. Munch will likely get an OC or HC job.
