But he will be fined for it. Even if he wears them during player warm up 2 hours before the game. Ridiculous.

Pictures aren't coming up on my phone, but Let me guess...
Cleats?
AB is off of the charts on the douche meter

He is kinda doing what payne stewart did in golf. Whatever city they were in he would wear the colors of the sports team.
Of course it wasn't against the rules in golf, but i think the NFL is being ridiculous. With that being said the whole cleats thing is becoming a distraction and brown should find something else to do.

Like maybe PLAY football??? Pay more attention to your game Antonio, maybe it will improve. He isn't free of this losing slide, coaching or not. Winners frind a way and lately he has been silent. He was double and over the top covered in the past and still produced so step it up Antonio. This can go for several of the players.

PS. Don't get me wrong as the VETERAN HONOR is a great thing. It's just Antonio is spending to much time being a distraction.

Not sure his game is suffering. I think it is the constant double and triple teams.

I think his game is consistent, just not the WRs around him.

He's 6th in yards, 5th in receptions with one guy ahead of him who has played one more game and 3rd equal in TD's for a WR. Is that not producing?

All while not having a single WR on the team with over 20 catches to help him out. The closest person is Sammy Coates at 20 catches exactly on 41 targets. Bell missed three games and is second on the team in receptions with 36. We need another player to step up.

That's cool and all, but really don't care what cleats he's wearing and I'm not sure why sports outlets spend any time on it.

The NFL is really starting to bore me...

If it wasn't for parlays and teasers, I probably wouldn't follow much at all any longer...

But this is a very nice gesture from Antonio....kudo's to him...

An honor to a former NFL athlete who died serving his country. I see no big deal. Especially if he's wearing them during warm ups only. I get the whole following uniform procedure during actual game time. But cut the man some slack when it comes to pre game warm ups

Being an attention ***** and trivializing a great veteran by putting his likeness on a pair of cleats is not a tribute.

I thought it was a nice gesture,Isn't something better than nothing?

I'm sorry of my rant about AB not producing as he is. I just get tired of the attention grabbing side of him. Obviously his "CAUSE" is a weekly change. That is attention grabbing. As a player I love his approach / work / production / team mate / but as a attention grabber, not so much.

Marketing. Cleats and gloves are contractual obligations in an athletes deal. The logo cannot be hidden. It's hard to see on cleats live action. But the brand gets out during photo stills, etc

No worries from me brotha. We all have our opinions. I saw nothing wrong with your post

My comment is why do the sports outlets even care to show what Brown is wearing? I guess the audience eats it up.

Gotcha. Yeah it's a non-story that media outlets make a deal out of to attract attention I suppose. I think it's stupid to make a story about it

I get the whole tribute thing by AB. If he wants to pay tribute to Pat he could just write a check to Pat's foundation instead of to Roger. I wonder what he pays for these shoes he has done up. That and the fine would be a nice monetary tribute.

I was curious and asked the cat (the shoe maker) what he would charge for a set. And he never replied.

Wonder why the ratings are down,, it is not about the game it is about all the fines, suspensions, BS fines for warm-ups, to many rules and how differently they are handled by God-del and his cronies. Sad when Sunday gets here against Dallas and you can't really get up for it. Just to much BS crap from the NFL.

How many people do you honestly think don't watch the game because guys get fined for their shoes? Keep blaming the NFL for the fines an suspensions, but that is the players breaking the rules the NFL has in place and the blame should be placed on the rule breakers.

What I can blame the NFL for is not caring about the diehard fans, an ever increasing length of game and bad rules that are changing the game. For goodness sake, it's 2016 and no one knows what a reception is.
