The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the middle of going through the biggest change for the organization since Ben Roethlisberger retired following the 2021 season. Former head coach Mike Tomlin announced he would be stepping down from his role the day after the Steelers' 2025 season came to a close, and the organization knew this was a possibility as it already had a list of candidates ready to go to replace him. The franchise landed on Mike McCarthy as its next head coach, which has been seen as a bit of an odd move, but it could work as Pittsburgh has needed some help on the offensive side of the ball for some time now.
