Can't wrap my head around how massive this dude is. Here are our two LT prospects heading into the summer. I'm glad we signed Ryan Harris, but equally excited to see what type of 'next step' Villanueva can take in his second year. I'm not convinced at this point he's not our day one starter. Btw, Harris is listed at 6-5 302 not a small lineman by any means.

Thanks for posting the photos !!!! I think Alejando will be starter day one ALSO. Munch factor and he also was fairly solid as the year progressed.

I was thinking the same thing. He will thicken up over the next few months. He will be hitting the dinner table hard.

My God, did you see Gilbert? The guy is in SHAPE. He has gotten trimmer every year, and has improved every year as well.

I don't think I was posing here in Gilbert's early days, but I predicted he would never be any good. Glad to be wrong on that one. He really has improved exponentially.

Yeah. Perhaps he figured he'd be better off at a lower weight while recovering. His legs, arms and neck seem much smaller than the other OL Players.

I think Gilbert is our best OL player. Early in his career, he had too many mental lapses. Now he'a mauler in for the running game, and a moving wall in pass protection. He's in game day shape right now. Props for him.

Vil & Gil are both long term book ends as it appears they are both taking their JOBS serious. Munch has some to do with that, but MOST is due to the maturity of the respective players. Vil has life experience as Gil has figured it out that this isn't college........ As for Pouncy, he's had a year off and he NEEDS to show us why we've kept him. Simple as that.
