That's the only thing he's stated that's true.
 
probably means all teams still interested are only offering really small contracts. He'll sit out the year, sort out all his legal cases then pretend he's a changed man and sign a big contract t next year for a team whose coach or GM are on the hot seat.
 
He'll still have the likely suspension to deal with.
