We will miss him. Watching these highlights, he had lost a step the last few years; he was never "fast" but he used to be faster than he was lately.

The guy was great, never complained about a thing. Just a super team guy. Ben loves him.

Nice seeing him breaking tackles. Forgot what that looked like. The last few years he would go down on first contact, but if the ball hit him in the hands you knew he would usually come down with it. I'm kind of excited to see what our new TE will do with his speed aspect of the game. To be honest though I knew the end was near for Heath but I still wanted him around another year or two...maybe three. Possibly four. LOL I'm just being selfish though. He was one of my favorites.

ULTIMATE STEELERS representative GREATEST tight end we ever had. All around one of the best in in league history. He will never be replaced as he had the complete package. Player / team mate / respect / ability / personality / leadership / role / etc. etc. etc. Can't say enough good about him.

Salute the nation

how I'm gonna miss him, Miller calling it a career feels like we are getting close to the end of a great generation

I will miss hearing the crowd yell "Heeeeaaaaaaath" after his catches. Even on the road you could hear it. Loved that!
